Really good value for money, recommended.

I don't know if maybe Kaohsiung is a particularly cheap city or if it was low season or what, but this accommodation was really cheap. A cute, quiet, comfortable, chill room, and very spacious, for a surprisingly affordable price.

Great value for money - comfortable stay but outdated bathroom

The room was very big and the beds were comfortable. The location was good and having a water refill station downstairs was very convenient.

The bathroom was outdated and rudimentary. The shower temperature was hard to regulate and the shower head was not great - you had to hold it in place. There is no staff on site so you need to get the room key yourself- which was ok for us until it came to opening the room door - it took us a while to understand that you needed to hold the nfc tag against the actual key pad of the door, but once we figured it out it was smooth sailing!

Good location and comfortable stay for a good price

The place was in a convenient location which is near to almost everything (post office is just next door) and 7-10 mins walk from nearest metro. The room was huge for the price paid and noise was very minimal so no disturbance while asleep. Barely met anyone during my stay. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Cleanliness was at acceptable level and they only clear the dustbins daily. The lift was convenient to go up and down if you're on higher floor and they have drinking water dispenser so that was convenient since you can topup your bottle.

Nothing major to highlight but just note that there wasn't any staff around so any questions have to go through phone call or text message. Their replies are not really timely so any issues arise you might be in trouble. In the room it says if you'd like to change towels to leave at the corner but in the end they didn't change any of the towels throughout my stay.

Simple, clean

I literally arrived late and left early. So the simplicity of being able to check in via pass code was really helpful. I didn't interact with any staff. As with my last visit, the room was simple - Spartan but clean. The location is really central and a few stops from the high-speed rail. For the price, it's a good deal - especially if you're using the hotel as just a base, and not the final point of your stay.

I didn't really have a window or natural light this time.

Good value, great location.

The hotel was reasonably priced, and the check-in and check-out procedures were simple - just drop the key. It's close to a subway line that contexts with the high speed rail station, and not far from the port. The facilities are simple, but adequate.

I didn't really understand the instructions for the TV.

Beautiful room, nice locations and love the theme of the hotel

Bathroom is cheap fabricated. Showerhead goes only sideways so you have to hold on in your hand. rest. Also the whole bathroom gets wet.

Overall, cheap and comfortable-worth the money paid.

They offered to let us change to a room with elevator access since it was open. It was all minimal hassle and they even provide a "late check-out" service at a small fee. Cheap, comfortable, and conveniently located. Not a bad choice on a budget.

When people start waking up, you can hear everything. Not great soundproofing. The shower was okay, but no separate ventilation system, you have to open a screenless window to let it air out. Our complimentary water bottles seemed to have been opened prior to our stay, so we opted not to drink them.

Very nice place to stay for a short while. Cleanliness could be improved.

I really like the aesthetics of the room, and how close it was to everything. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. You can fill up your water bottle in the main building. Pretty decent security system.

When I arrived there, I felt like they skimped a bit on the cleaning. I saw a bit of leftover hair on the drain, probably from the previous resident, and a bit of mold forming at the bottom of the trash can. I also saw some of the decorations falling from the ceiling... The air conditioner is a bit noisy, so it might be hard to sleep at night if you leave it on.

The room was huge, and had cute decor! The location was also super convenient. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful! Would stay again :)

I like the self service business model and you guys are very responsive on chats. Your instructions for room key pick up and drop off are very clear. No long stories, just straight to the point. You are very good.

Not having an iron available was a problem for me but I used a hairdryer to remove the wrinkles from my clothes. Please have atleast 1 iron on the locker rooms downstairs that can be collected and returned by guests.

Too expensive for this low service level.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Big room

The room only came with hand towels. There were no regular TV channels. There was no room service, i.e. getting us new bottled water for the second night.
